Job Description
- Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that all client documentation complies with industry and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any documentation discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve documentation procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.
- Report any irregularities or concerns to the appropriate management.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Documentation Reviewer should have:
- An educational background in Banking, Financial Services or a related field.
- Proficiency in reviewing and understanding complex documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with property industry standards and regulations.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
