Purpose of the Role

Job description
  • Working alongside the global network of dentsu markets to share best practice and bring global visibility to local campaigns
  • Collate, check and report on media campaign information, requiring strong attention to detail
  • Keeping our clients up to date on industry developments with a clear view on implications for them
  • Supporting the digital transformation team with the roll-out of new data and technology capability
  • Supporting the team in delivering global strategic toolkits
  • Support the AMs/CDs in delivering planning scenarios for multiple markets
Candidate Profile
  • An exceptional and smart individual with a proactive and curious attitude who’s willing to learn
  • All round interest in the media industry and willingness to share opinion on key relevant articles/news pieces
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability, thriving in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills: good networker who is prepared to work with multiple teams from different cultural backgrounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • The role includes keeping track of budgets and media spends, therefore we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable calculating percentages and exchange rates.
  • Regular experience using Excel, including data manipulation and basic formulae.
  • Experience in reporting, with the ability to compare datasets, identifying inaccuracies, uncover correlations and derive insights

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

  • Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The role of the Client Executive is twofold. To: (1) develop your own sales pipeline, and (2) actively support MindGym’s Client Directors and other sales colleagues. You’ll be selling behavioral interventions that drive action in some of the largest companies in the world.

You will identify new potential clients, lead smaller commercial opportunities, and get to work with our talented Client Directors to grow existing enterprise accounts. You will bring drive and tenacity in a high-performance culture. MindGym will provide you with training and development opportunities, including a competitive salary and commission plan.


We’re looking for someone with

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales, marketing, consulting or similar role
  • Background in social sciences or related subject preferable
  • Client relationship building across all significant stakeholders
  • Track record of bringing in revenue, both new business and account growth/renewal

What you’ll be doing

Supporting your Client Director and Practice (40% of your time)

  • Work alongside your Client Director to respond to client requests and develop opportunities in large multinational organisations (e.g. FTSE 350)
  • Secure new meetings for your team
  • Liaise with the internal teams to turn around in-bound sales leads for your industry segment
  • Account management follow-up, including seeking out new contacts within existing accounts to grow opportunities
  • Drive utilisation of marketing resources to ensure growth of awareness of MindGym

Generating and converting your own pipeline (60% of your time)

  • Identify potential clients that have a business challenge that MindGym can help solve, and credibly represent MindGym’s point-of-view on important people challenges
  • Support MindGym’s strategic growth by identifying clients that fit with MindGym’s new product launches
  • Gathering all the information required for a successful client meeting, be those discovery and commercial or quarterly business reviews
  • Build solution presentations and commercial proposals
  • Utilise MindGym sales methodologies to qualify and prioritise your workload
  • Ensure all information delivered is relevant, accurate and timely, both to your clients and internal stakeholders
  • Utilise MindGym CRM, tools and framework to actively achieve your goals (SF, Gong, Cognism etc.)
