IB4U are an award-winning practice group of clinics located out of a number of Dental Beauty Practices across London. We are one of the biggest Invisalign providers in the UK, and concentrate on giving patients a fantastic experience in our practices, and outstanding treatment results.

We are looking for three clinical salespeople to work in either our Islington, Battersea or Acton clinics. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established salesperson to join us and drive our sales process in clinics, with a target focused approach.

The position:

• We are specifically looking for three weekend salespeople, one each to work in Islington, Batersea & Acton.
• For this role, you must be able to work every weekend, Saturday & Sunday 9.30-6.30

Responsibilities:

• Leading patients through our well established patient journey – offering treatments and ensuring we have great patient conversion rates in the practice
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & drive the income targets for the practice
• Ensuring clinic compliance

• Highly competitive hourly rate of up to £20p/h depending on experience & advanced qualifications, along with a commission scheme that will be discussed at interview

About you:

• A candidate with prior experience in a dental sale role would be highly desirable for this position
• However, we are also willing to accept applications from candidates with sales experience in other industries
• The successful candidate must be highly energetic and motivated, with strong influencing skills
• Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their managerial career
• Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
• DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
