Clinical Lead Nurse

Duties:
– Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
– Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff
– Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support

Qualifications:
– Valid nursing NMC Pin
– Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role
– Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: From £24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week

• Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
