A&G Precision & Sons Ltd is hiring a CNC Offline Programmer to join their team.

The Role

• Produce 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC programs using Openmind’s HyperMill
• Plan efficient manufacturing methods including work holding designs
• Create supporting documentation from 3D models and 2D drawings
• Work with the shop floor operators to prove out & optimise the programs
• Identify Opportunities to enhance efficiencies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in offline programming and CAD/CAM
• Experience with high precision complex components
• Ability to work with 2D engineering drawings
• Experience using Hypermill preferred
