Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide compassionate care tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
• Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Encourage social, physical, and mental engagement to enhance well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour to ensure proactive support.
• Uphold confidentiality and promote dignity and respect at all times.

• Great communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to meet customers’ needs, including working alternate weekends.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship).
• A full UK driver’s licence with Class 1 business insurance and a valid MOT (if using your own car).

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a care role (paid or unpaid).
• A relevant care or health qualification.
