Malary Ltd are a leading Waste Management and Recycling Company, we have an immediate vacancy for an Office Administrator. We are a small family run company specialising in the waste industry.

Role Summary
To offer administrative and coordination support to the Compliance Manager, in Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the administration to maintain accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 & & 14001 :2015
- Report environmental data to regulators and the management team
- Take part in management review meetings
- Compile Internal KPI reports
- Oversee Supplier approvals and certification
- Schedule training and refresher training and maintain records
- Support internal audits
Qualifications & Training
- Educated to GCSE level, incl. Maths & English (min. Grade 4, previously Grade C)
- Business Administration certificate
Experience
- Demonstrable administrative experience in a demanding work environment
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
- Basic knowledge of business compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,624.00-£28,080.00 per year

Experience:
