Compliance Assistant
Job Description
Job Summary
You will be a direct support to our Training and Compliance team, assisting with daily audits, completing debriefs with team members, spot checks, improvement plans and active supervisions. You will guide and support the team following on from trends in data.
At least 1 year experience in health and social care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards that may impact compliance obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and findings.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a compliance-related role or similar environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
