About the Role

As our Contact Centre Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our Contact Centre. From leading and motivating a team of executives to optimizing customer interactions and appointments, your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of transforming lives with exceptional mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspire and Lead: Motivate your team to achieve targets with creative incentives.

· Drive Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service across all interactions.

· Develop Talent: Oversee HR processes, including regular training and team development plans.

· Monitor Performance: Analyze call data and implement improvements with telemarketers.

· Ensure Compliance: Conduct weekly and monthly call reviews and refine training materials as needed.

· Collaborate and Communicate: Lead workshops, team meetings, and assist with cross-product inquiries.

· Champion Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

What You’ll Need

· Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

· Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team in a Contact Centre environment.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and IT tools.

· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Contract: Fulltime, Permanent

Working hours: Full-time hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:00 / 11:00 – 19:00 (Weekly Rotating). Two weekend days per month are required.

Salary: £26,000 basic salary with OTE £31,400.

Location: Droitwich
