Position:Contract Manager

Salary: Between £48,000.00 & £53,000.00 per annum (DOE), paid monthly on the 28th

Vehicle: Company vehicle provided with a fuel card

Employment Type: Permanent contract with Consilium Contracting Services

Probationary Period: 3 months

Notice Period: 1 month

Holidays: 28 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays

Pension: Standard Government Stakeholder Pension

Reporting to: Director

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As a Contract Manager, you will work on our Social Housing R&M/Voids frameworks and deliver ad-hoc projects.
  • Your responsibilities include ensuring all frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to the required standards of health and safety, quality, and commercial performance, while effectively managing each customer relationships and ensuring we maintain required KPIs on all the frameworks (KPI attainment is an essential part of the role, as is managing the financial budget for each framework/ad hoc project).
  • You will be given an expected Sales budget for each framework that you are required to maintain monthly and deliver, ensuring all resources aligned within each framework budget are accurately managed, changes in budget require you to ensure you act to maintain the profit for that framework.
  • You will also be expected to build on existing relationships, identify opportunities for additional work streams and projects, manage the workforce, solve problems, and maintain a productive and positive team environment on site.

Job Location:
Head office in Paisley (address provided in the registered office email).
You will service clients across Scotland and travel as necessary to fulfil the role.

A valid driving license and DVLA check are required.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (OTE)

MEC Fire Services are a busy national construction company working across the UK.

We are looking for a suitable candidate, to act as contracts manager, overseeing fire compartmentation works in numerous 5* London hotels. The role will include the management of numerous sites.

The work will initially be based in London.

The role is for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have fire compartmentation experience, however this is not essential, if the candidate has a willingness to learn.

Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience

Full driving licence essential.

Due to expansion, our client MARLOWES is looking to recruit an experienced contracts manager to join its claims management team. You will need to have: Good organisational skills, a strong focus on customer service and have Knowledge and experience of managing refurbishment works and insurance related perils such as fire, flood, escape of water and storm.

They provide insurance claims management and building reinstatement service to insurers and intermediaries.

Tasks would include;

  • Project management
  • Managing claim journey and expectations
  • Managing both employed and sub contract labour
  • Complaint resolution
  • Surveying duties, general peril, large loss & structural repairs.
  • Produce accurate schedules/estimates using client scoping tools
  • Undertake audits of completed claims.
  • Liaise with our H&S consultants

Experience required:

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry related to Residential (Home and Commercial) property
  • Technical buildings knowledge.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Experience in managing both employed and sub contract labour
  • IT literate with ability to learn new technology

Job Brief
We are looking for a superstar Contracts Manager to join our Legal Team and shape our approach to procurement and contract review at Moneybox. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective management, review, negotiation and execution of a wide range of third party commercial contracts. This is a new role at Moneybox and provides the opportunity to have genuine impact on procurement at Moneybox, including the opportunity to assist with the introduction of legal tech, both AI powered contract review assistance and heightened contract lifecycle management (CLM) functionality.

What you’ll do

    • As a key member of the Legal Team, the Contracts Manager will:
    • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to: SaaS agreements; supplier agreements; consultancy agreements; and NDAs.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide commercially focused solutions.
    • Apply a risk-based approach to contract reviews, identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks, escalating to lawyers in the Legal Team as required.
    • Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract administration, tracking and renewal.
    • Develop and iterate the contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
    • Work closely with a Procurement Manager and support the Legal Team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to supplier agreements.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Experience in the financial services or regulated industry (preferred but not essential).
    • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and the use of AI in contract management (preferred but not essential).
