Corporate Solicitor

Job Description

A leading regional law firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Associate to join their busy team.

You will join the firm’s specialist corporate team who are recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise. The team work with a wide range of clients including entrepreneurs and mid-market enterprises.

You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including restructuring or disposal of the business, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. You will manage your own caseload taking the lead on various transactions as well as assisting Partners on more complex higher value matters.

This role will offer you a high level of responsibility as well as excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
