As our newly opened Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Dungannon are seeking an additional member of their service team to carry out the role of:

Costing Administrator/ Service Support

Due to the continued growth of our new state-of the art Dungannon dealership, we are looking to recruit an additional person to join our service team.

This position will involve costing responsibilities and supporting the front of house service team when required. You will be working within a fast paced and busy dealership, who pride themselves on putting the customer first.

Job role:

  • Responsibility for costing, estimates and general invoicing in line with Company procedures, warranties, and MB-UK guidelines across all manufacturer brands
  • Liaising with Depot Manager, Costing Team Mallusk, Technicians and Parts Advisors in relation to job card processing and subsequent invoicing to customer
  • Submitting claims accurately to Mercedes-Benz UK
  • Quality checks on job packs to ensure MB UK compliance
  • Partake in internal and external audits to ensure dealer standards are maintained
  • Customer service; face to face and handling telephone enquiries/bookings from customers on an ad-hoc basis

Essential Criteria:

  • One year’s previous experience within a Costing/Warranty or Service-related role
  • IT literate: with the ability to learn new systems
  • Experience in adhering to customer and business targets
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and professional manner
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work within specified guidelines
  • Proven experience of providing a full customer service offering

Desirable Criteria:

  • Competent user of Kerridge or similar Dealer Management System
  • Technical knowledge
  • Experience in compiling estimates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25.5 – 42.5 per week
