Job Description

MEM Recruitment Wellingborough has a fantastic opportunity for Counterbalance Driver to join our ever-growing drinks maunfacturer client based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be hands-on working with LOADING, UNLOADING, and various other tasks.

Counterbalance Driver Main Duties:

  • Ensure stock is moved to the right location using the appropriate methods available
  • Ensure all Mechanical Handling Equipment is driven safely
  • Understand and operate hand-held scanners
  • Report issues on inventory errors or damage to First Line Managers
  • Comply with all the warehouse procedures, processes, and safe working practices

Additional Information:

Shift Patterns:

  • 4 days on 4 days off
  • 6pm-6am

Rate of pay:

  • £14.00, Per Hour

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kettering (Northamptonshire): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
