Crane operator

Salary: £16.47 – 28.34 per hour

Morson are looking to recruit Mobile crane operators for our client in Govan. These are initially 12-month contracts with the likelihood of extension.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lifting of loads
• Confined spaces
• Works safely at all times, complying with Health and Safety and other relevant regulations and guidelines, in accordance with training
• Interprets information to confirm customer requirements
• Selects and prepares consumables, materials, components and equipment
• Cleaning, Providing temporary protection solutions
• Checks the completed activity to ensure that all operations have been completed to meet the required specification

Your Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience for Crane Ops.
• Must have relevant in-date certificates provided by an accredited body – NPORS / ECITB (as examples).
• Experience and training certificates must be for mobile cranes.

Shifts can vary:

No less than 37 hours worked

Standard – Locals: £16.47 PAYE Non locals: £24.47 PAYE (Umbrella rates also available)

Nights – Locals: £21.91 PAYE Non locals: £29.91 PAYE (Umbrella rates also available)
