Job Description

CSCS Cleaners needed

It is our busiest few months and we are looking for a few more CSCS Cleaners to help us out on some projects in London all areas. There may be longer term opportunities with us in different areas and especially if you are a driver/mobile team with kit and PPE ready to go. SSSTS or SMSTS, Ipaf, Pasma always useful too.

You will need:
– basic PPE – hard hat, hi viz vest, safety boots
– a minimum of green/labourer CSCS card
– 1 year experience in builders/sparkle cleans
– photo ID, proof of right to work in the UK, proof of address minimum

Hours
– we do 8 hours onsite – generally 8am to 4pm and pay for your lunch break and one morning and afternoon break of c15 minutes
– usually Monday to Friday, some Saturday work may be available

Pay
– basic £120 per day based on 8 hours onsite – overtime paid at flat rate
– Supervisors, mobile ops – additional pay to be discussed
– Drivers / drivers with small teams always welcome
– IPAF, PASMA qualifications – additional pay where needed/required
– we can pay monthly PAYE or fortnightly self-employed

We work with some of the biggest names in construction and have lots of new projects coming in – short and longer term jobs so we are always looking for experienced and flexible people with a ‘can do’ attitude.
