Job Description

The Role – Customer Collections Advisor

  • Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team
  • Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices
  • To monitor and review customer debt – Collection through phone, email and letters
  • Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection
  • Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
  • Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems

Required Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous telephone experience
  • Previous Customer Service experience is desirable however not essential
  • Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Track record in customer query management
  • Ability to work both a team and as an individual.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
  • Ability to strive within a busy environment
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office
