Customer Collections Advisor
Job Description
The Role – Customer Collections Advisor
- Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team
- Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices
- To monitor and review customer debt – Collection through phone, email and letters
- Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection
- Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
- Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
Required Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous telephone experience
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable however not essential
- Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential
- Great problem solving skills
- Track record in customer query management
- Ability to work both a team and as an individual.
- Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
- Ability to strive within a busy environment
- Knowledgeable on MS Office
