Steven Eagell Group are seeking talented individuals to join the team as Customer Service & Salespeople at our Bishop’s Stortford branch.

About the role:

We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. This is a permanent, full-time position. (Monday to Friday plus weekend rota – adapted for work/life balance).

Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

Responsibilities day to day:

– Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements

– Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager

– Co-ordinate and work alongside the sales manager

– Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty

– Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork

About you:

Full UK manual driving licence

– Customer centric attitude

– Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers

– Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)

– 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role

– Previous retail sales experience
