Job Description
- Managing all customer relationships acting as a first point of contact for customers.
- Providing product information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.
- Liaise with other departments within the business to offer a well-rounded service to the customers.
- Quotation management, producing accurate quotations based on customer requests.
- Process customer orders timely and accurately.
- Maintaining professionalism and ensuring customer needs are met.
- A deep understanding of the company’s products allows for more effective customer service.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Team Member should have:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Strong ability to work within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
