Job Description

  • Managing all customer relationships acting as a first point of contact for customers.
  • Providing product information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.
  • Liaise with other departments within the business to offer a well-rounded service to the customers.
  • Quotation management, producing accurate quotations based on customer requests.
  • Process customer orders timely and accurately.
  • Maintaining professionalism and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • A deep understanding of the company’s products allows for more effective customer service.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Team Member should have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Strong ability to work within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
