About Our Client
Our client is well-established entity within the Housing and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Manchester team on an on-going temporary basis with the possibility of going perm.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Resolving customer complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Liaising with tenants
- Arranging repairs
- Scheduling jobs for engineers
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
- Experience within a customer service based role (1 year or more)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for customer service and a desire to resolve queries through to completion
- Demonstrable experience of working and delivering daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
