Job Description

Contract: Part-time, permanent (up to 20 hours weekly, Wednesday pm, Thursday and Friday)


Location: Head Office, Southpoint

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our Customer Service team.

You will be the face of Dolphin, resolving customer enquiries over the phone, email and webchat in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for raising orders, investigating issues and managing product returns.

You will possess a friendly and engaging telephone manner, have good IT skills and demonstrate the ability to work at a fast pace to complete a demanding workload.
