Customer Service Team Member

Job Description

Please note that due to the requirements of our Gambling Licence, all applicants must be aged 18 or over.

We are currently recruiting for a number of Talented Team Members to work at our Apollo Bingo Club in Rhyl. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

The Role

• Entertain and engage our customers.
• Provide World Class Customer Service
• Meeting and Greeting Customers
• Providing help and assistance to customers
• Selling Bingo Books/packages
• Giving change
• Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor
• Ensuring all fruit machines are kept clean and presentable
• Serving/preparing food and beverages
• A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area
• Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club

The Person

• Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
• Good communication skills
• Cash handling experience
• Experience of working with food and beverages (preferred)
• A good work ethos:
• Are you happy to help out and go the extra mile
• Punctual
• Hard working
• And have a smart appearance

The Pay and Hours

These are permanent positions for between 16 and 30 hours hours per week, to be agreed at interview, with a minimum rate of pay of £11.44 per hour. These roles do include working days, evenings and weekends. Hours to be determined at interview

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
