Customer Support Coordinator (m/f/d) – Engineering

Job Outline:
The Customer Service Team provides a number of key functions to the support both our customers and the Sales and Service teams. The role is varied and the environment is a fast-paced one, requiring the Customer Support Co-ordinator to be flexible and responsive, managing multiple tasks at the same time. This Customer Support Co-ordinator role has Service at it´s main focus.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Service activities- service quotes to customers
- scheduling engineer visits in the UK and Ireland for emergency call outs, scheduled maintenance visits and installations
- ordering weights to sites and return
- responding to customer calls, including queries, call outs, etc
- managing a busy Service email inbox
- forecasting activity to inform future plans
Other activities- Liaising with colleagues on Order Input and Spare Parts to meet the customer need
- Liaising with Sales and Engineer colleagues
- Creating Customers on SAP
- Invoicing Service activity
- Providing cover for Order Input and Spares when neccessary, e.g. during busy periods/ annual leave/ sickness
Key Objective
- To support the Service area by communicating with customers and scheduling Engineer time
Qualifications:
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to use SAP. although training will be provided
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good team working skills
- Ability to multi-task across different busniess areas
