Dental Associate and Educational Supervisor

Experienced 4 + years Dental Associate to take over ES (Educational Supervisor) for FD/VT. Position to start April 2025, good UDA rate, £13-£14 negotiable depending on experience. ES position will have further extra salary on top of UDA salary. Currently a foundation training practice. Current ES reducing hours as has other commitments. She has over 15 years of ES experience so can provide excellent support.

Annual NHS contract of 5,000 UDAs with additional private income.

5 Days a Week.

We are currently converting a 4th surgery ready for practice in April 2025 – as we are increasing patient capacity.

Dental Centre of Excellence is a well organised practice led by female principle with leadership involvement and in good standing with local area team and formally an Urgent Dental Centre Fully COVID -19 SOP compliant. Excellent team support. Good clinical and team work.

Practice is purpose built dental surgery fully modernised. Digital and computerised surgeries. Practice meets all current COVID-19 standard operating procedures. Separate patient pathways and decontamination pathways with high standards of infection control around COVID-19. The practice is located 30 mins from Birmingham in leafy suburb of Redditch close to M5/M4. Private protentional available as a mixed NHS practice.
