Your Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice.
· Lead, manage, and support a dynamic team of dental professionals.
· Drive patient satisfaction by ensuring outstanding customer service and care.
· Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
· Manage budgets, practice performance, and staff schedules effectively.
· Foster a positive and professional working culture.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in a management role within a dental or healthcare setting.
· Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and NHS/private dentistry regulations.
· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
· A team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
· A proactive problem-solver who can work under pressure.

Pay: From £35,000 – negotiable dependent upon level of experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday only
