Exciting opportunity for a Dental Sales Advisor to join the team!

Dental Sales Advisor – Located within our Head Office, Farringdon, London.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Dental Sales advisor to join our Head Office team located in the heart of Farringdon. Malmin is a corporate dental group with over 14 clinics offering various specialist and cosmetic dental care services across the UK. We need somebody who’s a quick learner, multitasker and team player as you will be reporting to our Head of Marketing. Some travelling to our practices may occur.

Days – Monday – Friday

Hours – 0845-6pm

Salary – £30,000-£31,000K (DOE).

Duties & Skills Required:
– Guide patients all the way through their dental improvement journey from enquiry to treatment completion
– Convert new enquiries into bookings and consultations utilising both cloud and splash top based software
– Clearly explain treatment / payment options to patients and assist them with any enquiries to enable them to begin their journey to better teeth.
– Offer patients an exceptional level of customer service and assistance.
– Liaise with clinicians and other members of the team to best serve patients.
– Have excellent admin and record-keeping abilities.
– Minimum 2 years customer service and sales experience (high end).
– Previous experience in the dental industry
– Knowledge of SOE/ Ortho track/ Dentally practice management software would be ideal but not mandatory as training will be given.
– Fluent English speaking and writing abilities with a clear, easy to understand telephone voice.
– Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic.
– Must work well as part of a team and individually.
– Must be computer literate
– Must be a quick learner.
