The Role:
We are seeking a professional, organised, and friendly Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors, managing appointments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain the clinic’s scheduling system.
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about treatments and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaise with the clinical team to ensure seamless client care.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area in line with the clinic’s luxury standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including client record management and stock monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A professional, polished, and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
