Milton Keynes College are looking to appoint an efficient and customer orientated IT Services Technician to provide first line user support to our staff and students.
The IT Services team provide support across our 2 campuses in Milton Keynes (Chaffron Way and Bletchley). The team work to minimise disruption to user workflow by resolving reported problems immediately where possible, using their own initiative to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a Desktop Services Technician you will complete device deployments and work on preventative maintenance tasks. You will also identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents across all IT Systems. Some of these incidents will be complex, requiring varying levels of IT knowledge and understanding. You will be required to own incidents ensuring that they progressed to completion whilst keeping users informed of progress and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
