Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, eager, and dynamic individual to join our control team. Collaborating with over 175 drivers, this full-time position involves dispatching work, responding to driver inquiries, and assisting with fleet management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch work and address driver inquiries.
• Assist the fleet department with necessary tasks.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• Accept bookings and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Support team members with various tasks.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a Private Hire or Taxi Company.
• Proficiency in driving and a solid understanding of London roads and traffic patterns.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Clear and confident telephone communication skills.
• Capability to handle challenging calls calmly and professionally.
• Flexibility and punctuality.
• Awareness of confidentiality issues.
• Proficiency with computer systems and keyboard skills.
• Excellent customer care abilities.
• Experience with platform-based computerized systems.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary between £24,000 and £30,000.

Schedule:

• Morning shift: 05:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 pm to 00:00 am.
