Overview
The Dog & Gun is perfectly situated in the heart of Enderby village, close to many local shops and businesses and attracts a strong local crowd throughout the day. The Dog and Gun is a two room operation served by one bar with the additional benefit of a large function room and large external garden and car park. A core locals market is in the village with it also being a start point for football and rugby fans before they head into the city centre.
This is a great prospect for an licensee who is passionate about their local community. The site currently takes on average £7,000 per week with 100% of sales from the wet side of the business, but has the potential to achieve up to £8k a week by targeting extra drinks sales and a quality small food snack offer.
