Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing domiciliary care in the Stafford area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
• Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition
• Follow care plans and work closely with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Care Certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care
