Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business as a member of our Above-Store Operations Management Team for our group of 24 Domino’s Pizza stores. As a new role to our Group, it will be a fast-paced, hands-on role which you will be able to make your own.

We are looking for a creative, passionate and operationally focused Brand Trainer. Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our customers and leading a large team efficiently – and we need a strong Brand Trainer to support our Teams to make that happen!

You will:

– Be the face of our brand through store visits and both MLG and DPG events

– Take ownership of our brand standards and be able to bring them to life for engaging delivery to employees

– Be comfortable creating your own content for training delivery, such as training videos and communications.

– Promote marketing initiatives and ensure staff knowledge on product range

– Deliver, monitor and report on training completion

– Identify areas for potential process improvement and follow-up on corrective measures

– Provide valuable Management insight and ultimately help drive product sales.

– Work closely with all levels of staff, from Instores to the Head Office and Senior Leadership Team.

– Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required

Who we are looking for:

– Must have experience of the hospitality or retail business, with knowledge of food safety and achieving KPIs

– Ideally experience representing a large brand, training and coaching others

– Must be comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages and social media. Previous use of L&D and video editing software desirable but not essential.

– An enthusiastic, creative, self-starter who enjoys building relationships at all levels

– You should be well organised, detail oriented and a professional communicator.

– Right to work in the UK and driving licence (as above) are essential.

Travel and area covered: This role will will cover all stores across our group based in the Manchester area, Essex and South Coast (West Sussex). The ideal candidate will be based in the West Sussex area. A company car is offered with this position. As such, this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 3 pts or previous bans). All offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field based role which will involve up to regular travel on a daily basis (up to 75% of working time), so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights may be required on occasion
