Door to Door Canvasser

Job Description

As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by introducing our products and services to homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. Your primary goal is to engage with homeowners, present the benefits of our home improvement solutions, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people improve their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach homeowners door-to-door to present and promote our home improvement services (windows, doors, roof trim).
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to potential customers.
• Qualify leads and pass details to booking manager.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointments.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing our brand.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation goals.
• Follow up with prospects as necessary and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with a wide range of people and explain product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Self-Motivated: Take initiative and work independently, with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Personable and Approachable: Build rapport with homeowners and create a positive first impression.
• Resilient & Persistent: Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude while pursuing new leads.
• Reliable & Punctual: Strong work ethic, dependable and able to manage time effectively.
• Team Player: Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Interest in Home Improvement: Basic knowledge or an interest in home improvement products such as windows, doors, and roof trim is a plus but not required.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
• Previous Sales or Canvassing Experience (preferred but not required): Prior experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: £300.00-£1,000.00 per week

Additional pay:
