Charioteer Limited is an Independant Food Retail Business which operates under the SPAR brand. We are an agile, customer-centric operator and have plans to extend in 2023 and beyond. We current have two excellent fuel station sites in Northern Ireland, Madigans Court in Belfast, and Ballydown Filling Station in Banbridge and Our Newly Opened Store in Coopers Mill, Dundonald. We are continuing to grow our portfolio of stores throughout the provence and are actively looking at potential sites.

A recently opened at Coopers Mill area of Dundonald, will offer a challenge to a self motivated individual!

We would expect you to have a strong business acumen whilst demonstrating the following:-

Ensure an exceptional level of Customer Service is delivered at all times.

Leading and developing a team of highly motivated individuals to deliver targets and grow our business.

Delivering business KPI’s and demonstrate how these will be achieved.

Maximising store profitability with a real passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional store standards.

Job Types: 32 hrs per week, Permanent, must be available for 6am starts, 10pm closes and have Weekend availability including Sundays.
