E-Commerce Customer Service

Job Description

– Full time job in fast paced office

– Wages 13 pounds per hour and overtime available

– Dealing with customer queries the majority of which by email

– Contacting courier companies by telephone

– Daily printing despatch/shipping labels

– Processing customer returns

– Job Type: Full-time 7.30 am to 4.30 pm , option for extra hours available

Previous experience and skills:

****Must have e-commerce experience***

Experience delivering excellent customer service, in an eCommerce environment

Must have Good IT skills. Excel word outlook

Stock control and warehouse experience desirable

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 3 years (preferred)
• Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 3 years (preferred)
