Electrical Improver (Full-Time)

We are Deltic Solutions, a forward-thinking electrical contractor. We are looking for an electrical improver to join our growing team.

We’re seeking candidates that have the following:

• Currently live within a 30 minute commute of our Andover office.
• A minimum of level 2 electrical installation (preferably level 3).
• 18th Edition an advantage, but not essential.
• Inspection & Testing qualification an advantage, but not essential.
• Some previous electrical work experience.
• A clean driving licence.
• A positive, team player attitude.
• Reliability, honesty & integrity.
• A willingness to learn & develop.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good spoken & written English.
• Technically proficient in using devices such as iPad’s, smart phones, apps and sat nav’s.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the electrical team in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Assist in conducting routine inspections and repairs to ensure optimal performance of electrical installations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Progress your skills and knowledge rapidly utilising company CPD, on-site supervision and courses.

Salary:

£28,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
