Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. Additionally we are looking for someone to be reliable and punctual, have excellent communication skills and be customer focused. We undertake a wide range of electrical work, from small domestic jobs to some commercial projects and developments; our office is based in Middle Wallop and we cover, Salisbury, Wiltshire to Andover, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Jobs to include consumer unit upgrades, EICRs, full and partial rewires, EV chargers, garden lighting.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the appropriate solutions.
• Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are advantageous.

Pay dependent on qualifications and experience. Immediate start.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
