DVLA Enforcement Officer – Nights

These include comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live. Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?

  • Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
  • Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
  • Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
  • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
  • Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
  • Completes daily reports regarding activities

What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Self Motivated
  • Customer Focused
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
