Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire real estate process while building lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current market trends, property values, and neighbourhood dynamics.
• Prepare and present property listings, including photographs and descriptions that highlight key features.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favourable terms.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels including social media and local advertising.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling experience.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously.
• Administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to transactions.
