Evening and Weekend Home Care Assistant

Job Description

We are a small compassionate team, who are passionate about providing clients the care and support they deserve to enable them to remain at home for the rest of their lives.

Our role involves caring for Clients in their own homes to remain independent and support them with all aspects of care including:

• Driving to clients homes
• Personal Care
• Meal preparation
• General household chores
• Companionship
• Medication Administration
• Appointment Chaperone
• Social Outings

Carers will have the benefit of:

Excellent rates of Pay starting at £12.00 per hour with enhanced weekend rates at £12.50 and enhanced overtime rates.

Travel Time between calls paid at £11.44 (Based on Google Maps calculated time)

Mileage paid at 35p per mile we offer a transparent pay so you know exactly what you are paid for… no holiday or travel pay hidden within your hourly rate

Attendance bonus of up to £150 per quarter.

Work remotely and you are required to drive and have a vehicle.

Our clients are in or around Stowmarket and Bury St. Edmunds and the surrounding villages.

Full or Part Time Roles available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
