Contract: Permanent
Salary: £13 per hour + Service Charge

Evening Room Attendant, Housekeeping

20 hours, 5 days per week

We’re looking for an Evening Room Attendant to join our iconic Housekeeping team.

As an Evening Room Attendant Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • To consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas in order to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for our guests

  • To ensure that the appropriate level of security for all guest belongings is achieved, aiding in creating a feeling of comfort and confidence for guests

  • To ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned, stocked and maintained to the standard required

  • Provide turn down service
  • To report any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems by recording all faults in work orders and passing them on to the Floor Manager.

As an Evening Room Attendant, you will be working on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 20 hours a week. Shift patterns will be in the evening from 5:30pm till 9pm (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.

To be a successful Evening Room Attendant candidate, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury environment, excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and most importantly, genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests.
