Neos Hospitality’s venue, Kuda York, is a vibrant and electrifying nightclub in the city centre of York.
Our venues are designed to provide an unforgettable guest experience and set a new standard in nightlife hospitality. Our focus remains on delighting and captivating our guests whilst delivering an unforgettable experience every time we open our doors.
We are currently hiring for an Event Manager to join the Kuda team to help us deliver and grow our weekly events.
Role Description
This is a part-time role as an Event Manager for Kuda York. As an Event Manager, you will be assisting the Channel Marketing Manager and will be responsible for helping plan, market, organise, and executing unforgettable events.
You will be required to use your networking skills to aid the growth of the venues network database including student groups/societies, retail, other industry venues and to build local business partnerships.
You will also be responsible for coordinating promotional staff, overseeing bookings, promoting events through your own network, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
This role will be primarily based in the venue with occasional remote working required. Your standard working week will consist of 1-2 days in the office and 3 nights (Weds, Fri and Sat)
The role is between 15 – 20 hours per week

- Knowledge of Social Media platforms and trends across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
