Job Description

MJ Church Ltd are a Civil Engineering and Earthworks contractor operating across England. We undertake projects ranging from £100,000 to £60,000,000 in value for both public and private sector clients across a wide range of sectors as well as boasting a thriving waste management business expanding across the Southwest and Wales.

We are currently working on one of our schemes at the below location and will require experienced operatives over the up and coming months and then further demand from summer 2025 onwards for approx. 2 year period.

M3 Junc 9 – Winchester (off A34)

CPCS Blue Carded

Dozer Operatives

Excavator Operatives

Roller (15 ton)

Dumper Operatives

Traffic Marshall/Banksman

The operatives MUST be experienced and preferably with more than 3 years working on Highways schemes.

6 Point PPE required (Orange)- Not supplied

Highways Passport desirable otherwise we can arrange this.

Valid tickets

You will be reliable and adhere to all Health & Safety Policies.

Pay: £18.00-£27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
