Experienced Roofer Required for Reroofing Project in Nottingham. Dukeries Roofing Services is seeking skilled and experienced roofers to join our team for a reroofing project in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality projects with a reputable and established company.

Requirements

• CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
• SSSTS qualification (ideally)
• Own tools and reliable transport

Experienced in:

• Stripping off existing roof coverings – all types
• Plain Tile Roofing
• Decra Metal Roofing
• Slate Roofing (fibre cement and natural)
• Concrete Roofing
• Replacing soffits and fascia’s
• Replacing gutter downpipes
• Installing loft roll insulation to current standards
• Repointing chimneys and re-flaunching
• Flat Roofing (GRP)
• Board insulation for flat roof areas
• Boarding out flat roofs
• Leadwork
• Maintenance work
• New parting wall works fixing fire stop

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong timekeeping (working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

Salary

• Day rate or price work to be agreed

Duration

• This is a long-term project with a minimum duration of 4 years.

Start Date

• Week commencing 13th January 2025
