We are seeking an experienced Stores and Dispatch Operator at Ballymena Road, Ballymoney. Responsibilities include managing goods flow, picking and packing items, coordinating deliveries, and working with the Stock Controller to maintain efficient stock systems and high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using a computerised system for pick lists, receiving goods, booking out, and dispatch paperwork.
- Handling goods in, checking order accuracy, and putting away in allocated areas.
- Picking and packing goods for dispatch.
- Ensuring all goods leaving the warehouse have relevant documentation.
- Conducting periodic cycle counts and stock takes.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
- Performing other duties as requested.
Person Specification:
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Familiarity with computerised stock systems.
- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift with a valid license.
- Good work ethic, accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.

Schedule:
- Day shift Monday to Thursday.
- Paid overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate on Fridays and Saturdays
- Potential for evening or night shifts as required.
- No operations on Sundays.
