We are looking for a friendly, professional, and skilled Waitress/Waiter with bartending experience to join our team . You will play a dual role, providing exceptional table service to our guests while also showcasing your mixology skills behind the bar. As part of a Mediterranean-themed restaurant, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver an exceptional dining and beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

Table Service:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Take food and drink orders, offering menu recommendations and upselling specials.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a polite and efficient manner.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Bartending Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and signature drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol-serving laws and policies.
• Create an engaging and enjoyable experience for guests at the bar.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant and bar areas.
• Support colleagues during busy periods with teamwork and communication.

Compliance and Standards:

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a waitress/waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Bartending experience, with knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and beverages is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand and carry trays for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
