Employment Opportunity

The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Classroom Teacher. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who will become part of our team. The post holder will be initially deployed to Lakeside Primary Academy.

The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools. This brings with it exciting opportunities for career progression and development for existing and future employees.


The successful candidate will:

Be an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils are most vulnerable

  • Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy
  • Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
  • Have experience of leading others
  • Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward
  • Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
  • Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan.

m2r Education are proud to be working with a brand new Islamic School in Romford, London which is opening in March 2025. We need EYFS Teachers to join this incredible project!

With the opening of the school on the horizon, they are focused on creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for both students and staff. As they finalise the light refurbishment of the premises, they are seeking committed and adaptable EYFS Teachers to help them prepare the EYFS section for their grand opening.

The primary purpose of your role will be to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for Nursery and Reception pupils, fostering their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Professional Status (EYPS).
  • Newly Qualified Teachers are accepted
  • Experience in safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • UK Right to work
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to undergo one)
