Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Factory-Based Construction Production Manager to lead our factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of modular construction units, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process within the factory, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and ensure they align with project deadlines.
  • Monitor production activities and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate the production team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and project management teams to optimize production processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager in a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction and manufacturing software and tools.
