Job Title: Fibreglass Finisher/Trimmer

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 07:00-16:45 Mon-Thurs, 07:00-12:00 Friday (+OVERTIME)

Pay Rate: £11.50 to £15.50 p/h + overtime, dependant on experience

Location: DONCASTER

Motorcraft Adventure Developments are the UK’s leading specialist vehicle manufacture. As we continue to expand our line of ‘Overland’ vehicles into the European market, we are now recruiting for the role of a Fibreglass Finisher/Trimmer. The role is at our well-established site in Doncaster; We have a robust and well-established team and an expanding order book.

Job Overview:

Due to increased workload, we require dynamic individuals to join our fibreglass team. The successful candidate will be required to start on work immediately with limited guidance, to suit our diverse range of specialist vehicles. Always ensuring a high-quality standard is achieved while maintaining our Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Due to the fluid and bespoke nature of our custom solutions, you must have the ability to be creative, problem solve and adapt as each project starts and progresses.

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in similar role within a fibreglass environment

Ability to solve problems independently

Willingness to learn and develop new skills and trades

Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard of workmanship and to deadlines.

Additional Preferred Criteria:

Experience in Laminating

Experience in laying up of moulds

Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings.

Good communication skills both verbal & written

To ensure the surrounding work area is a safe environment for themselves & other users Comply with health and safety rules and regulations and ensure the correct PPE is worn/used throughout
