Finance and Information Knowledge Manager
Job Description
As the Finance and Information Knowledge Manager reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be in control of the flow of information across our business. Your financial expertise will turn data into reports highlighting key trends and opportunities for learning. This cross-functional role demands a forward-thinking approach to managing, safeguarding, and sharing knowledge within our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the integrity of KPI data, ensuring its accuracy.
- Coordinate and streamline financial processes.
- Generate insightful clinician and productivity reports that drive our ambitious excellence and efficiency goals.
- Pursue data accuracy, identifying opportunities to refine our practices.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, advising our leadership to take more informed decisions.
- Uphold rigorous data management protocols, fostering a culture of precision.
- Navigate financial matters with ease, managing accounts payable/receivable and mastering bookkeeping.
- Provide the required payroll data to our external provider, help prepare forecasting, budgeting, and use Xero to prepare simple monthly accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- A track record in financial analysis, book keeping or a related field, proving that numbers speak to you.
- Analytical approach that sees beyond figures.
- Experience in using Xero, Excel and the normal office suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills, balancing tasks and timelines.
- Good communication skills that means you can convey complex ideas with clarity.
