Morgan King Construction are currently looking for experienced Fire Door Surveyors Joiners to start work on a large student accommodation contract in London.

The site offers free parking.

This role is £220 per day (8:00am – 4:30pm)

Surveying duties including:-

• Comprehensive examination of fire doors
• Visual examination of each fire door and its frame
• Ensure all doors comply with fire safety regulations
• Assess the condition of fire doors
• Identify potential issues
• Recommend necessary corrective actions
• Inspect seals for signs of damage or degradation
• Check hinges for wear and tear and glazing for integrity
• Check gaps between the door and its frame or floor can allow smoke and fire to spread

All applicants MUST have:-
– Fire Door Surveying experience (1 year minimum)
– Fire Door Remedial experience
– CSCS Card – Blue / Gold
– PPE

*Having FDIS Diploma or equivalent recognised Accreditation is an advantage although not essential.
